hours

We realize that the vast majority of our patients work, either in the home or outside of the home. For your convenience, each of our physicians has a late night. These appointments fill up quickly so be sure to plan in advance. All of our providers also have early office hours.

There are practitioner seeing patients from 8 am to 7 pm Monday through Thursday, and from 8 am to 5 pm on Fridays.

obstetric patients

We try to make obstetric visits at various times to accommodate your work schedule. We have early morning, lunch time, afternoon, and evening hours. Please let us know if you are having trouble getting the appointment time that is convenient for you.

At the time of your hospital visit, you will need to take your insurance card and the copy of your chart that our office will provide for you.

Obstetric appointments are significant and must be kept. If you need to cancel or change your appointment please reschedule it within the same week assigned.

routine questions

The best time for routine questions is between 9am and 5pm. If you call the main telephone number you may leave a voice message on the nurse’s line. Please speak slowly and provide the spelling of your first and last name, a phone number and state your question. Our nurse will call you back.

Emergency phone calls should not be left on this line.

disability or FMLA forms

For disability and FMLA forms, please allow at least one week for these forms to be completed by our office. These forms are filled out by our billing department.. You can call the main telephone number and during the menu dial their direct extension.
