Dear Dr. Rosenberg
Thank you so much for bringing my 2 beautiful kids (I might say so myself...) so safely into the world!!! We cannot thank you enough. Thank you to you and the other doctors and of course the rest of your staff for your professionalism, expertise but also making me full confident that I was being taken care of really well!
p.s. Sheila - thank you for listening to my neurotic thoughts!!!

I was truly surprised to read these reviews!! I generally read reviews prior to going somewhere new but I was short on time (needed a last minute appointment) and two of my colleagues had recommended this office. I called Tuesday afternoon and was able to get an appointment for that Wednesday evening. The receptionist called me earlier on Wednesday to let me know they could take me earlier if I wanted and also to let me know that I could print out patient information forms from their website to fill out before coming in. My appointment was at 6:15 and I don't think I waited more than 5 minutes. Didn't have a problem with any of the receptionists, I thought they were all very friendly. Yeah, their bathrooms are small but really, how much room do you need? I saw Dr. Soskin and loved her! She was attentive and very patient in answering all million of my questions. I think I was there for almost an hour in all (this wasn't a normal/annual appt.)? Dr. Soskin even called me this afternoon for test/blood results which was convenient. (Other doctor's have made me come in for a follow-up appt. = more co-pay, time I don't have...) Other pluses? All female office and a very thorough website!

After reading these reviews, I couldn't help but defend this practice and these doctors. I've been a patient at Cityscape (previously Murray Hill) for over two years. Although my first appointment with the NP was a little abrupt, all of my experiences after that were nothing less than great. I visited Cityscape throughout my first pregnancy and had the opportunity to meet all of the doctors. Naturally, there are some doctors that you connect with more than others and I felt that way about Dr. Gronau. She and I hit it off from the beginning because she's a straight to the point kind of woman. Which quite honestly, I prefer. When I arrived at the hospital for delivery, she was there and did a phenomenal job throughout my 23 hour labor/delivery. There were some complications (cord around the neck and sunny side up) and she did a fantastic job keeping me going. She knew I didn't want a C section and we were able to do it without. Dr Gronau even stayed on late (after her shift) to see the delivery through. I'll agree that it's a busy office and there are times when you'll have to wait. BUT, I've been to many great doctors and this seems to be the case. If you want to see a really good doctor, you should expect some waiting time. Additionally, the squeaky wheel gets greased, so if you don't like something, speak up and it's usually addressed. Good luck to all!

I have used this obgyn office for a year for regular medical check-ups (not pregnancy related) and have been totally satisfied.
Dr. Carmit Archibald is very warm and knowledgeable and a good communicator.
The rest of the staff has been perfectly friendly and competent and the office is pleasant and clean. No complaints here!

Although Dr. Carmit Archibald is my OBGYN, I've been to a Dr. Groneau as well. They both are great doctors. I don't have issues getting appointments - the service there seems to be just fine (not amazing, but not poor). But it is really hard to get a hold of any of the doctors on the phone - mostly you can only speak to the nurse, which can be frustrating. But the doctors are great here, and the staff does the best they can to accomodate your schedule.

I seldom write reviews, but after reading the other reviews for this office, I felt I needed to defend its honor. I LOVE Dr. Archibald. I was reluctant to go at first after reading these reviews, but two of my girlfriends insisted that Dr. Archibald was great. So I gave it a try and am so happy I did.
I got an appointment reasonably quickly and they were able to give me an 8:00 a.m. appointment. Once I was there, everything moved quickly - no waiting for a long time in an examination room. Then Dr. Archibald was GREAT. She was smart and patient and answered all of my questions thoroughly. The NPs were great too. I have since recommended this office to some of my girlfriends who were also very pleased.
There are two downsides of this office that keep me from giving it 5 stars:
1. It is true that it is difficult to get a doctor on the phone. Just expect that as long as you're healthy and don't have an emergency, you probably will talk to a NP.
2. They don't contact you in any way, shape or form if you have a healthy check-up. My previous doctor would send at least a letter or postcard confirming that the results were all good. This office, however, only contacts you if something is wrong. This can be a downside for those of us who are paranoid that they lost our results or forgot about us.
In the end, however, not only will I go back but I will also continue recommending it.
